£180 supports struggling families in Iraq, Pakistan and Yemen with sheep or cow to provide them meat which is a great source of protein and nutrients – and is increasingly difficult to access with rising prices.

Every year during the Islamic month of Dhul Hijjah, Muslims sacrifice sheep, goats or cattle to honour Prophet Ibrahim’s dedication and willingness to sacrifice that which was dearest to him, his son, for the sake of God. This sacrifice is known as Udhiyah (or Qurbani). The sacrificed meat is distributed among the poor all around the world.
The cost of living has skyrocketed and families are unable to afford the bare minimum, let alone the luxury of meat.
This Eid Al-Adha, Noor Relief Fund is raising funds to distribute Qurbani meat to families including orphans and widows in Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen and East Africa.

Yes, absolutely. It is highly recommended to sacrifice sheep, goats or cattle on the day of Eid Al-Adha, just like the people performing the Islamic duty of Hajj. While sacrificing may be difficult for you to perform, you may donate a Qurbani (or part of it) which is sacrificed and distributed to the underprivileged.
Noor Relief Fund will send 100% of your Qurbani donations to countries we support, where our reliable staff can arrange for the Qurbani to be sacrificed, and distributed to deprived families. With sky-high meat prices, poor families find it very difficult to buy meat. We are determined to feed as many people in need as possible. With your generous donations, we can make this happen.
